“Do you mean to tell me that you help kids with bad backs?”
This is the response Dr. Randy usually gets when he tells people he is a pediatric chiropractor. And he can understand why they would think this way because they’re comparing chiropractic to the medical approach that compartmentalizes health conditions, rather than seeing the body and how it works as a whole unit.
A couple of examples would be if a child breaks their arm, they would go to the bone doctor. If they have a stomach issue, the digestion doctor. Ear problem….. The ear doctor.
The answer
A nervous system that is not working correctly since it is the nervous system that controls and regulates the body. Even the littlest of cells to the organ systems.
